. . Judge Timothy F. McCune ---
Timothy F. McCune has served as a Judge in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County since January of 2006. Prior to that time he was the District Attorney of Butler County from 1996 to 2005. He was a member of the Pennsylvania District Attorney's Association Executive Committee from 1999 to 2005 and served as President of the Pennsylvania District Attorney's Association in 2003 and 2004. Prior to that time he served as a partner in the Law Firm of Marshall, McNamee, Macfarlane, McCune and Rauschenberger from 1984 to 1985, during which time he served as Butler County Juvenile Court Master, Solicitor to the Butler County Clerk of Courts and Assistant Solicitor to the Pennsylvania State Police Trooper's Association. Judge McCune served as an Assistant District Attorney in Butler County from 1982 to 1984. He is a 1978 graduate of Grove City College and a 1981 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. Judge McCune is married to Patricia V. McCune and has one son, Matthew T. McCune, a second year law student at Duquesne University School of Law.
